When you submit an assessment request through this website, we collect the information you enter in the form: your first and last name, email address, company name, job role, industry, the number of agents you operate, and any message you choose to include. We do not collect other personal data through this website.
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your assessment request. We do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell it. Your form submission is delivered to us through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-processing service that acts on our behalf to forward your message to us. Aside from that processor, we do not share or transfer your data to third parties.
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest — specifically, to respond to a business enquiry you have initiated. You may withdraw from any communication at any time by contacting ceo@agentshield.online.
We retain enquiry data for a maximum of 12 months unless a business relationship is established, in which case standard accounting and legal retention periods apply.
Under UK GDPR you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
